What better way to comfort your soul than with a hot bowl of Chicken Tomato Noodle soup! Just thinking about this soup makes me want to eat the whole pot! It’s a favourite in my family and again, very healthy and über tasty!
Chicken Tomato Noodle Soup Yields: 4-6 servings
3/4C Vermicelli pasta
1 can (156ml) tomato paste (I use Aylmer)
3C chicken broth
Salt to taste
Crackers (we use PC Organics Stoned Wheat Crackers – Original)
Remove from heat and add salt a teaspoon at a time, and taste.
That’s it! See how easy that was?! Add crackers to the soup if you’d like, to make it more of a meal…or in my son’s case – decorate your soup with crackers!
