Think having s’mores isn’t possible with a dairy allergy? Think again! Not only is it possible, it’s OMG delicious! It’s the perfect companion for a beautiful snowy day like the one we had today.
Love Me S’Mores
1 package S’moreables graham style crackers
2 bars Enjoy Life Boom-Choco-Boom chocolate
1 package Sweet and Sara mini marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350°F . Split the graham crackers in half and place them on a baking sheet. Place half a chocolate square on one side, and 4 marshmallows on the other.
Place in the oven and bake for 6 minutes (found this time to result in perfectly melted chocolate and soft marshmallows). Take out and carefully, using an offset spatula, place the chocolate side with the marshmallow side and lightly mush!
