Who would’ve thought delicious Pizza was possible on a dairy-free diet? Friday lunches at Munsur’s school are dedicated Pizza day. So it’s nice to know that he’s able to enjoy the same hot lunch as his friends.
Spicy Triple Cheese Pizza Yields: 1 large pizza
1 My Vegan Dough recipe
1/2-2/3C Tomato sauce
3/4-1C coarsely chopped spinach
1 large tomato, peeled and diced
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Working with your hands, spread the dough until you achieve a circular shape you’re happy with.
Next, add the tomato sauce and spread onto the prepared dough.
Add cheeses and the rest of the toppings!
Bake in the oven for 13 minutes, or until the bottom of the pizza dough is golden in colour. Remove.
