The easiest and most delicious pie. Made with a few simple ingredients - you're going to love making this! Made allergy friendly as always; free from dairy, egg, nuts, wheat, and gluten. YUM!

If I told you this gorgeous no bake S’Mores pie uses only 4 ingredients, would you believe me? Well you should because if our foodie relationship isn’t based on trust, then I don’t know what is. Not only is it ridiculously simple to make, but the experience of indulging in a slice {or 2 … or 5} of this Chocolate Marshmallow Pie, is a quadrillion times better than the actual process of making it.

I wasn’t planning on posting this recipe, not for a little while anyway,  because I had only made it once (when I posted this pic on Instagram) and I didn’t want any of you to experience issues that I wasn’t going to be able to help solve. So I ended up making it again – which none of us minded because it’s so flippin’ good. I mean it. This will become a favorite of yours. My kids are in love with this neat take on S’Mores.

To top it off, this is an allergen friendly recipe – which means that you can have your cake pie and eat it too. I have to warn you though – this isn’t for those watching their waistline! Ha! Obviously ;) This is an “I’m gonna enjoy this slice of heaven because it’s too good not to, and I’ll worry about my pants not fitting the next day” kind of treat.

Did I mention how easy this pie is to make? Ok just checking. Because just incase you’d missed that very important fact – it’s sooooooooooooooooooo easy. There.

This S’Mores Pie is so creamy; it tastes almost like a soft nougat – melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1Using a food processor or a blender, pulse graham crackers until they become a fine crumb. Place in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2Add melted coconut oil to crumbs and mix thoroughly.
  3. 3Drop crumb mixture into a 9" pie plate, and ensure you press the crumbs down firmly and slightly up the sides of the plate. This step is crucial to get a perfectly firm (non-crumbly) crust.
  4. 4Next, using a double boiler, melt chocolate. Once melted, add coconut oil and stir until fully incorporated.
  5. 5Add melted chocolate to graham crust. Spread and cover crust, ensuring chocolate covers edges.
  6. 6Place chocolate-graham crust in the freezer to set, approximately 20 minutes.
  7. 7Just before removing crust from freezer, place coconut oil in a pan on the stove on medium high heat, and once melted, add marshmallows.
  8. 8Stir continuously until marshmallows become sticky and begin to melt.
  9. 9Add water and stir vigorously until marshmallows turn into a smooth creamy texture.
  10. 10Spread over chocolatey layer - chocolate will melt slightly but that's ok.
  11. 11Allow marshmallow to set, around 15 or so minutes, before enjoying.

Notes

It's best to use a pie plate with a removable bottom to make it easier to remove. But you can also use a glass pie plate and keep the pie in it. If you're using a silicone pie mold, make sure you place a round pan underneath while you're working with the ingredients to make the pie and while it's setting. This pie can be left at room temperature. No refrigeration required. Keeps for days (don't know exact number of days because it never lasts more than a couple of days around here ;)).
