soy
gluten
sugar
Not only is it just plain amazing, but it’s also so quick and easy to make. In less than 30 minutes, you’ll have the absolute best granola that you can use in a myriad of ways. For breakfast as cereal, or parfait; as a snack, and even sprinkled on top of your fav desserts like… ice cream!

And, it’s full of healthy fats, and plant-based proteins – this is the IT granola recipe for you.
If you’re allergic to almonds, swap with another nut like pecans, or omit all together. It’s a beautiful recipe that’s forgiving and fail proof!
I’ve made several granola bars, like this one, and that one. I love love love oats and the many different combinations of fruits, seeds, and nuts that you can add to make your granola that much more spectacular.

Wholesome ingredients = win!
This granola is filled with beautiful wholesome ingredients like coconut, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, and honey! It’s simply perfect.
I make parfaits using this granola and my kids and husband absolutely go crazy for it!! So do I :) It lends the perfect sweetness and crunch which complements the fruit and our dairy free yogurt so perfectly.
I also love snacking on it! Like a lot. And I don’t feel bad because I know I’m feeding my body what it needs – good fats, protein, and carbs.
However you choose to consume this granola, I know you’re going to love it.

Ingredients
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375F. On a parchment lined baking sheet, place oats, nuts and seeds, and toast in the oven for 10 minutes, until fragrant. Remove from the oven and set aside a few minutes to cool slightly. Drop the oven temp to 350F.
- 2Combine the following in a large bowl, using a wooden spoon or spatula: shredded coconut, coconut oil, honey, maple syrup, and salt.
- 3Place the toasted oats and seeds, except for the almonds, into the bowl with the honey mix. Take the toasted almonds, and give them a rough chop! Then add them to the bowl.
- 4Stir all the ingredients very well until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Spread mixture onto the lined baking sheet(the one you used to toast the oats etc) into a uniform layer.
- 5Place in the oven to bake for approximately 17 minutes, until granola becomes a beautiful golden color. The perfect time for me is always 17 minutes; however check granola for doneness at 15 minutes as every oven varies in how it heats.
- 6Remove from oven and allow granola to cool before you break it up and place in large lidded jars, or plastic bag you can seal (like a ziploc).
- 7Keeps excellent in a lidded container/sealed plastic bag in a cool dry place for months! Although it never lasts that long for us. Ever!
